I have been practicing yoga since 2001 and began teaching in 2002. I am a mother and I love yoga. I believe that a daily and consistent yoga practice brings great benefit to mind and body. Join me for this 30 minute Flow class that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Yoga is the balancing of opposing forces.

The foundation of yoga is ahimsa, or nonviolence. It is through the practice of yoga that we learn to be kind to ourselves and live in a way that we feel balance. By working on balancing the body we build the connection between body and mind and hence adopt an approach of kindness toward all beings.
