Do you have specific questions about your Yoga practice? A private Yoga session is the perfect way to have all of your questions answered. I have been teaching private yoga for the past 20 years to students of all ages ranging from young children to those in their 90's.
Private Yoga is available through zoom and in person at our studio in Juno Baach, Florida.
