Learn Ashtanga Yoga


My goal with creating this course is to help you learn the Sun Salutations, Fundamental Asanas and Breathing/Meditation poses of the Ashtanga system in a detailed, easy and systematic curriculum.

I have included explanation of the philosophy of the 8 Limb Path (Ashtanga Yoga) to help integrate purpose into your practice.

Each day you will learn a new portion so that over a 8 day program you will be able to memorize the beginning routine of Ashtanga Yoga.

Yoga Tutorial


This course builds day by day over a 8 day format. Each day includes a yoga tutorial on the new information we intrgrate. This makes it easy and safe to progress as you build your ability to practice the yoga sequence.

8 Limb Philosophy


The 8 Limb Path of Yoga as taught by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras lays the foundation for the purpose of yoga practice. Each day I explain on of the 8 Limbs to help bring purpose to the exploration.
